CCT™ Compassion Training

  • Compassion training can change lives.
  • The Buddhist practice of mindfulness first caught on in the West as we began to understand its many practical benefits. Now Compassion Cultivation Training© (CCT™) shows us that compassion offers us an even deeper response to suffering, a key to robust health, and even an effective way to achieve our goals. Compassion is the best-kept secret of happiness.
  • Yet we fear compassion. We worry that we will become defenseless if we are too compassionate with ourselves. However, both the latest Western research findings and traditional Buddhist psychology show us that compassion actually makes us resilient and courageous.

What is CCT™?

  • Compassion Cultivation Training© (CCT™) is an 8-week program that uses insights and techniques from psychology, neuroscience and contemplative traditions.
  • CCT™ is taught worldwide and provides practical skills, tools, knowledge and transformative insights.
  • The course integrates science-based meditation techniques, interactive discussions, lectures and practical exercises.
