caught on in the West as we began to understand its many practical benefits.\nNow Compassion Cultivation Training\u00a9 (CCT\u2122) shows us that compassion offers us an even deeper response to suffering, a key to robust health, and even an effective way to achieve our goals.\nCompassion is the best-kept secret of happiness.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yet we fear compassion.\nWe worry that we will
